Scenes from another successful weekend in my alternative life.

I have shared the stage with some of my best friends over the years // They share my passion and shape the person I am today.
I’m straying far from fashion + style today, but only because my heart is so full.
When I graduated from college, I was terrified that dance would become a thing of my past. Wrong as usual. I feel so lucky to have found such an amazing group of people in DanceWorks Boston. A week in the theater this season felt like eternity, but I wouldn’t have had it any other way and couldn’t be prouder of the show we just put on.
I always hear people say that they “used to dance.” Guys and gals, it doesn’t have to be a used to if you don’t want it to be :)
I can’t stop smiling at these shots from backstage at my dance show in New York City this weekend… so many funny and pretty little details that go into making a dance performance what it is! Linking up with a {little} dash of ash for Instagram Monday.
So. much. fun. Linking up with a {little} dash of ash for an Instagram Link Party to share the few photos I was able to capture through the shows this weekend!
Please remind me to never stop dancing. K??
In honor of my dance show this week, here’s a dainty ballerina inspired outfit, featuring a ModCloth tutu, Anthro top, J Crew ballet flats, and Kate Spade jewelry.
Click the image for details on the products! Because really, dancer or not, who can resist Degas-inspired clothes?
