Cinco de Mayo, The Kentucky Derby, and my best friend/roommate’s birthday marked three excuses to celebrate this weekend! Though I will say May 5 definitely threw some people for a loop this year– I saw ladies in sombreros drinking mint juleps and men in bowler hats downing margaritas. But we embraced it… here are snapshots of our celebrations! And those cupcakes– thank you Lauren Conrad for the delicious recipe.

Ah that looks like fun! I, on the other hand, went too hard in Southie on Saturday and ended up passed out at home at 8. I’m so wild, it kills me.
